Small GroupsSemi-private lessons of 3-5 students focus on Pilates, the Alexander Technique, and other foundational approaches.
One-on-OneThe core of our approach. Work out one-on-one with an instructor for a personalized program, plus expert assessment, planning, and tracking of your progress.
Classes & WorkshopsBigger groups mean lots of energy. Stay on track with a weekly class, or try new things in a special-topics workshop.
